"Performance" CHINA RES GAS annual net profit of 3.55 billion fell 13%, final dividend of 65 cents
China Resources Gas (01193.HK) announced its 2025 annual results, with revenue of 97.73 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.8%. Net profit was 3.55 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.2%; earnings per share were 1.55 yuan. A final dividend of 0.65 yuan was declared, compared to 0.70 yuan in the same period last year. Together with the interim dividend of 0.30 yuan already paid, the total distribution for 2025 is 0.95 yuan per share, unchanged year-on-year.
During the year, natural gas sales reached 40.18 billion cubic meters, an increase of 0.7%
