TAIHE M-FIN delays the publication of its 2025 annual performance and continues to suspend trading

TAIHE M-FIN (01915.HK) announced that due to the preparation and publication of the annual results for 2024 and the interim results for 2025 still pending, the company is unable to publish the annual results for 2025 and send the annual report for that year to shareholders within the stipulated time. The company will make further announcements in due course.

Regarding the update on the resumption of trading, the company stated that it has appointed an independent investigator to conduct an independent investigation. Forensic investigators are still conducting a judicial investigation. The company will make further announcements regarding the progress and results of the judicial investigation at an appropriate time.

Concerning the integrity, capability, and/or character of the group's management, the company will take appropriate actions and measures as soon as practicable, where feasible, to ensure that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns regarding the integrity of the management and/or any individuals who have a significant impact on the management and operation of the group.

The company will timely identify suitable internal control consultants to conduct a comprehensive review of the group's internal control system.

The expected publication dates for the annual results for 2024, the interim results for 2025, and the annual results for 2025 will be discussed further with the company's auditors after the completion of the independent investigation and will be announced in due course.

The company's shares will remain suspended until the resumption guidelines are met
