A high-level sea view three-bedroom unit in Taikoo Shing, Quarry Bay, was recently sold for HKD 21.227 million, with a practical price of HKD 19,055 per square foot. The original owner is a subsidiary of LEGENDHOLDING (03396.HK).

According to the information, the unit is Room A, Silver Birch Court, Taikoo Shing, with a usable area of 1,114 square feet, featuring a three-bedroom layout with a suite, offering sea views. The unit was purchased in 2010 by Nanming Limited for HKD 13.93 million and was sold after holding for 16 years, realizing a profit of HKD 7.297 million or 52%.
