Hong Kong's secondary home prices, as indicated by the latest Centa-City Leading Index (CCL), have reached a new high of 152.17, marking a 0.85% increase from the previous week. According to RTHK, this rise reflects market conditions in the week leading up to the U.S. Federal Reserve's March meeting. In the first quarter, the CCL has risen by 5.6%, surpassing the total increase for the entire previous year.
