AOM INT'L issues new shares at a discount of 19.40%, with a sales loan of 39.77 million yuan

AOM INT'L (00381.HK) announced that it will capitalize loans by issuing 147.3 million new shares to independent third party Ms. Ou Zhu at a price of HKD 0.27 per share, representing a discount of 19.40% compared to the last trading day (2nd). The subscription amount of HKD 39.77 million will be used to offset all debts. After completion, Ms. Ou's shareholding in the company will increase from 4.5% to 15.07%
