(TSX-V: SNAG, OTCQB:TARSF, Frankfurt: I90, “Silver North” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a SkyTEM312 airbornegeophysical survey has commenced at the Company’s flagship HaldaneSilver Project in the historic Keno Hill Silver District, Yukon.

The survey will consist of100 metre spaced flight lines with 1,000 metre spaced tie lines for atotal of 944 line-kilometres of survey. The survey will collect bothmagnetics and time domain electro-magnetic data. The purpose of thesurvey is to aid detailed drill hole targeting by refining theunderlying geology as well as helping define Haldane’s complexstructural architecture.
Silver North Adopts Semi-AnnualFinancial Reporting
Silver North announces that it has elected to rely onCoordinated Blanket Order 51-933 and move to semi-annual financialreporting (“SAR”).
Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 allows eligible venture issuerslisted on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) to voluntarily move from aquarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework. SilverNorth’s fiscal year ends on September 30. Under the SAR pilotprogram, the Company will be exempt from filing interim financialreports and related Management’s Discussion & Analysis(MD&A) for its first and third quarters.
- Interim Period: The Company will not file an interimreport for the first quarter (Q1) ending December 31 and the thirdquarter (Q3) ending June 30; and
- Ongoing Reporting: The Company will continue to fileaudited financial statements (due within 120 days of September 30) andsix-month interim financial reports (due within 60 days of March31).
Silver North confirms it meets the pilot program’seligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer with annualrevenues of less than $10 million and maintaining a clean 12-monthcontinuous disclosure record.
