According to Beijing Business Today, multiple real estate developers, including CHINA OVERSEAS, CSCEC One Pin, China Merchants Shekou, and Poly Development, have successively released eye-catching posters, with figures like "single-day sales exceeding 500 million yuan" and "single-week sales exceeding 300 million yuan" frequently going viral. Unlike previous instances, this round of strong sales is supported by solid online signing data. Reporters found that projects launched in late March, such as China Overseas Jiushu Manhe, CSCEC Guoxianfu PARK, and Future City · Xinghuan Times, all recorded over 100 online signings within 15 days of opening. Among them, the China Overseas Jiushu Manhe project reached 332 online signings, with an overall sell-through rate exceeding 70%.
