Zhongyuan Real Estate recently facilitated the transaction of Unit F on a mid-level floor of Silver Star Pavilion in Taikoo City, with a usable area of 719 square feet, configured as three rooms. It is reported that the original owner initially listed the property for HKD 9.2 million, and subsequently adjusted the asking price multiple times in response to market conditions, without arranging any viewings until recently when a strong buyer approached, ultimately agreeing to a sale at HKD 12 million, equivalent to a price per usable square foot of HKD 16,690.

It is reported that the original owner purchased the unit in July 2011 for HKD 7.86 million and has held it for about 15 years, realizing a profit of HKD 4.14 million upon this sale, with the unit appreciating approximately 52.7% during the holding period
