
JD Property's Wigan project in the UK has completed its delivery, laying out a network of supply chain infrastructure in Europe
JD Property disclosed that it has completed the delivery of the Wigan project in the UK, further deepening its European supply chain infrastructure network layout. JD Property will systematically upgrade and transform the existing buildings, comprehensively enhancing the construction standards and operational efficiency of the warehouses to meet the stringent requirements of modern supply chains for intelligent and automated equipment.
The project is located in the core logistics corridor of Northwest England, situated between the two major economic centers of Manchester and Liverpool, with a construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The project is also adjacent to Manchester Airport, Liverpool Airport, and Birmingham Airport, forming a multimodal transport advantage of "air, land, and sea."
Currently, JD Property has established over 30 high-standard modern warehousing facilities in three European countries: the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands, with the total operational management warehousing scale in the UK increasing to over 360,000 square meters, and the number of globally managed infrastructure assets exceeding 280
