YIDA CHINA (03639.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DaRuan Co., Ltd., has recently received a civil lawsuit. The plaintiff, Pudong Development Bank Dalian, claims that DaRuan Co., Ltd. violated the fund supervision agreement and is requesting the court to order DaRuan Co., Ltd. to repay the loan principal of RMB 746.5 million, along with accrued interest and penalties, and to confirm the plaintiff's mortgage rights over eight properties under the mortgage contract. The company believes the claims are unfounded and is seeking legal advice
