Anhui's GDP grew 5.8% year-on-year in the first quarter
On April 22, the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics reported on the provincial economic performance for the first quarter of this year. According to the unified calculation results of regional gross domestic product, the province's regional GDP reached 1.3014 trillion yuan in the first quarter. Calculated at constant prices, this represents a year-on-year increase of 5.8%, with the growth rate exceeding the national average by 0.8 percentage points and also surpassing Anhui's full-year growth rate from the previous year (5.5%).
