Coordinated Blanket Order 51-93 allows eligible ventureissuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) tovoluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reportingframework. AC/DC’s fiscal year ends on July 31, 2026. Under the SARpilot program, the Company will be exempt from filing interimfinancial reports and related Management’s Discussion & Analysis(MD&A) for its first and third quarters:
- Interim Period: The Company will not file an interimreport for the first quarter (Q1) ending October 31, 2026;and
- Interim Period: The Company will not file an interimreport for the third quarter (Q3) ending April 30, 2027; and

Williams Group consists of three claim blocks with a total area of
10,569 hectares in the area surrounding Mount Sidney Williams, both
adjoining and near the Decar project of FPX Nickel Corp., located 100
kilometres northwest of Fort St. James, B.C., in the Omineca mining
division. Metallic mineralization includes nickel, cobalt, and
