Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for its Bolanitos Mine in Mexico, effective March 19, 2026. The report includes a mineral reserve estimate of 388.77 kt with a total of 2,230.5 koz of silver equivalent. The report was prepared by Hard Rock Consulting, LLC, and is available on the Company's SEDAR+ profile.
