Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) announced executive changes to enhance its focus on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and corporate governance. Senior Vice President Sandra Phillips will retire on July 31, 2026, after strengthening legal and compliance functions. Tom Stricker, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, will retire on June 30, 2026. Chris Yang will take on additional responsibilities as General Counsel, while Liz Gibson will lead corporate sustainability strategy. Kim Cockrell will expand her role to include sustainability and community impact. TMNA's president, Ted Ogawa, emphasized the importance of these changes for future continuity.
