On May 9, 2026, Hyperscale Data’s subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics entered a definitive appendix to a partner agreement with Singapore-based AGIBOT that formalizes their relationship and commits Omnipresent to buying up to 143 intelligent robots for about $13.4 million and reselling them under its own brand.
