Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, announced on the X platform that perpetual preferred stock STRC could become the only security among the world's 24,000 dividend-paying securities to implement bi-monthly dividends. According to Odaily, Saylor urged shareholders to complete their voting promptly. He stated that if the proposal is approved, it would make history and promote the establishment of a '100-dollar standard' in the digital credit sector.
