
Yorkville America Withdraws Three Crypto ETF Applications from SEC
Yorkville America, the asset management company behind U.S. President Donald Trump's Truth Social, has announced the withdrawal of three cryptocurrency ETF applications previously submitted to the SEC. According to Odaily, the applications included the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF, a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, and a Crypto Blue Chip ETF. The company stated its intention to shift from the framework of the Securities Act of 1933 to the Investment Company Act of 1940. This move aims to offer more innovative products with enhanced investor protection and tax advantages. However, Yorkville America did not specify whether it would continue to pursue crypto ETFs under the new framework.
