Zama Acquires TokenOps to Enhance Private Token Distribution
Zama has acquired TokenOps, a platform specializing in institutional token distribution management, to develop a private token distribution infrastructure. According to NS3.AI, the system will utilize Fully Homomorphic Encryption to ensure that token allocation sizes, unlock schedules, and recipient details remain encrypted on public blockchains. Previously, Zama secured $57 million in a Series B funding round, achieving a valuation of $1 billion.
