U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 100 points on Wednesday.



Shares of TAT Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:TATT) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.



TAT Techs posted quarterly earnings of 26 cents per share, beating market estimates of 19 cents per share. The company's sales came in at $41.147 million topping estimates of $40.400 million.



TAT Technologies shares jumped 11.7% to $36.52 on Wednesday.

<li>POET Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:POET) shares jumped 11.5% to $14.58.</li>



<li>Arm Holdings PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:ARM) shares gained 11.3% to $248.40.</li>



<li>AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc (NYSE:AMC) rose 10.3% to $1.50. CEO Adam Aron disclosed in a Form 4 filed after Tuesday’s close that he bought 250,000 shares in multiple transactions at an average price of about $1.38, lifting his total ownership to roughly 2.44 million shares.</li>

<li>Talen Energy Corp (NASDAQ:TLN) gained 8.6% to $341.88. Daniel Kelly joined Talen as general counsel and corporate secretary.</li>



<li>Synaptics Inc (NASDAQ:SYNA) rose 8.4% to $134.00. Rosenblatt analyst Kevin Cassidy maintained Synaptics with a Buy and raised the price target from $125 to $180.</li>



<li>Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose 7.2% to $188.90. Wells Fargo analyst Aaron Rakers maintained Marvell Technology with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $135 to $195.</li>



<li>Astronics Corp (NASDAQ:ATRO) gained 7.1% to $85.00.</li>



<li>Immunitybio Inc (NASDAQ:IBRX) rose 7.1% to $8.31 after the company announced that the FDA accepted for review the supplemental Biologics License Application for ANKTIVA in combination with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin for the treatment of patients with BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer with papillary disease without carcinoma in situ.</li>
