Bixin Secures Virtual Asset Trading License in Hong Kong
Bixin, a digital asset trading platform under NewBX Limited, has received a virtual asset trading platform license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, according to ChainCatcher. The license permits Bixin to conduct regulated activities under Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services). Additionally, Bixin has been licensed under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance to operate a virtual asset trading platform. Currently, the number of licensed virtual asset trading platforms in Hong Kong has increased to 13, with six applicants awaiting approval.
