I see a lot of war-speculation activity by institutionals and by the smart traders that follow the flux; buy low to hold or sell higher is a quick move that the war chess-play could bring big profits.

Furthermore, the rumors of big buys about three months ago of oil related stocks by niche groups strictly connected with governments can light up your mind and question if all this was planned and strategically organised or not.

Oil fin products have spiked, I think we all know.
