    EVERCHINA INT'L plans to acquire a 20% stake in Daka Robotics (Beijing) Co., Ltd

    EVERCHINA INT'L plans to acquire 20% equity in Daka Robot (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for a price of 200,000 yuan and has signed a capital increase agreement with the target company to increase capital by 30 million yuan. After the acquisition, the equity structure of the target company will be 40% for the seller, 19% for Wang Kun, 21% for Dingka Lianhe, and 20% for Beijing Boya. This investment will help the company enter the smart robotics industry, which is expected to be widely applied in daily life in the future, enhancing profitability and shareholder returns
