According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 16th, CNQC International (01240) announced that it has recently been awarded four construction contracts in Hong Kong. If all construction works in the contracts are completed, the total contract amount is expected to be approximately HKD 1.79 billion.

The group stated that the contracts include a major contract for the safety improvement works of the exterior walls of the M building at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a major contract awarded by the Urban Renewal Authority for the improvement works of West Port City at 323 Des Voeux Road Central, a major contract awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the construction works of the public housing development project at South Lantau, and a major contract awarded by City University of Hong Kong for the foundation, excavation, lateral support, site leveling, and related works of the student dormitory at Tak Hong Road, Kowloon Tong. The contract for the Polytechnic University is expected to be completed in December, the West Port City contract is expected to be completed in July 2028, the Lantau contract is expected to be completed in January 2029, and the City University contract is expected to be completed in October.
