The study compared ivonescimab, a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, with pembrolizumab for first-line treatment of PD-L1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Results showed ivonescimab significantly improved median progression-free survival (PFS) and HRQoL, with better control of lung cancer symptoms. The findings support ivonescimab as a new standard of care in first-line lung cancer treatment, highlighting its clinical value and safety profile.
