The He Tao Hong Kong Park officially opened today, with the first phase consisting of three completed buildings, including two wet laboratories and a talent apartment. The government plans to complete the construction of the remaining five buildings by 2027 and will gradually release the remaining land to the market. More than 60 companies have signed leases, covering the fields of life and health technology, microelectronics, new energy, and artificial intelligence, with an occupancy rate of 80% for the two wet laboratory buildings
