    Revival Gold Exercises Option to Acquire 100% of Barrick’s Mercur Gold Project

    Revival Gold Inc. has exercised its option to acquire 100% of Barrick Mining Corporation’s interest in the Mercur Gold Project in Utah. Revival Gold will pay Barrick US$5 million at closing and additional US$5 million payments on each of the first, second, and third anniversary of commercial production. Barrick will receive a 2% net smelter return royalty and a 1% royalty on other nearby properties. The transaction is expected to close around April 1, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
