<p>BlackRock Advisors, LLC has completed reorganizations of several closed-end funds into three acquiring funds. The reorganization includes the BlackRock Long-Term Municipal Advantage Trust into the BlackRock MuniAssets Fund, and others into the BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund. Each Survivor Fund has adopted a Discount Management Program aimed at enhancing shareholder value through potential repurchase of shares if trading discounts exceed 10%. The reorganizations are expected to be non-taxable events, with cash distributed for fractional shares.</p>
