Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Shareholders to Vote on Use of Proceeds and Investment in Jintan Lithium Battery Project at Next Meeting

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co. Ltd. will hold a shareholder meeting on January 15, 2026, to vote on a proposal to change the use of proceeds from its global offering. The proposal seeks to reallocate funds from the construction of new LMFP production lines at the Xiangyang Plant to invest in a lithium battery cathode material project in Jintan, Jiangsu Province. The board recommends approval of the proposal.

Jiangsu Lopal Tech Signs New Purchase Framework Agreement With CATL

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co. Ltd. has signed a new purchase framework agreement with CATL, effective January 15, 2026. This agreement allows CATL to continue purchasing Lopal Products, following a previous agreement from January 17, 2025. The arrangement is part of ongoing transactions for the supply and processing of products and raw materials between the two companies.
