➤ DOE reinstates $𝟏𝟏𝟓𝐌 grant for the 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐬 Lithium Project.

➤ Funding supports construction of a commercial-scale 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲.

➤ Original grant was terminated in October 2025 before a successful appeal.

➤ DOE concluded continuation of the project was 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 after review.

➤ Grant reinstated with 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 to funding levels or milestones.

➤ Prefeasibility study projected $𝟐.𝟓𝟕𝐁 NPV and 𝟐𝟏.𝟖% IRR.

➤ Project remains a federal 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 for streamlined permitting.

💬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

“We are proud of our long-standing partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy,” said Ryan Melsert, CEO of American Battery Technology Company.

“Of the hundreds of DOE grants terminated last Fall, very few have been able to successfully appeal the decisions and have their contracts reinstated.”

BREAKING: Gamestop is looking to buy Ebay, as per the WSJ.

Gamestop is currently worth $11B. Ebay is worth $46B.

Ryan Cohen has diluted in the past to raise cash, but this would need some strategic financing.
