Daily Events

  1. Nov, 3

SIDU gapped up then faded to a flat close on Nov 3, printing a 1.105 intraday high at 09:43 ET before sliding to 1.025 by 14:15 and settling near 1.055 versus the 1.050 prior close, then easing to 1.030 after hours. Governance noise dominated: audit committee chair Tiffany Norwood resigned in October citing governance disputes, with Larry Swets and Hassan Baqar added to the board, while Q2 2026 revenue of $583,096 fell 53.76% yoy and the $4.78 million net loss narrowed 15% yoy. Over $3 million of Q3 space and defense manufacturing awards and the LizzieSat-4/5 launch on SpaceX's Bandwagon-6, no earlier than April 2027, have yet to convert into revenue. Down 75.75% year to date, the stock sits 84.54% below its 52-week high of $6.79 and under the MA20 of 1.235 and MA60 of 1.835, though it remains 67.25% above the 52-week low.

  2. Oct, 22

Sidus Space fell 4.3% to $1.12, spiking to $1.17 intraday before fading to $1.09 — a spike-then-fade session on 2.03 million shares. The overhang is governance churn: audit committee chair Tiffany Norwood resigned on Oct 6 citing governance disputes and Larry G. Swets Jr. took the chair, diluting the sentiment support from more than $3 million of Q3 space and defense manufacturing awards. Q2 2026 revenue of $583,096 fell 53.76% year over year, while the $4.78 million net loss narrowed 15% and EPS of -$0.0561 improved 81.74%, leaving net margin at -820%. The stock sits 74.13% below its 4.33 YTD starting level and 83.51% under the 52-week high of 6.79, beneath the MA20 of 1.531 and MA60 of 1.963. Though LizzieSat-4 and -5 are slated to launch together on SpaceX's Bandwagon-6 as early as April 2027.

  3. Oct, 21

Sidus Space closed up about 3.6% after a spike-and-fade session: from a prior close of $1.110, pre-market reached $1.158, regular trading touched $1.199 at 10:24 ET before easing to $1.150, with post-market at $1.160. The move followed more than $3 million in cumulative third-quarter space and defense manufacturing awards, plus the appointment of Larry G. Swets Jr. as director and audit committee chair, succeeding Tiffany Norwood, who resigned on October 6 citing governance disputes. Fundamentals remain strained: Q2 2026 revenue of $583,096 fell 53.76% year over year with a -819.98% net margin, though the $4.78 million net loss narrowed 15% and EPS of -$0.0561 improved 81.74%. The stock is down 73.33% year to date, 82.99% below its $6.79 52-week high, and trades well under its MA20 of $1.578 and MA60 of $1.972, with price-to-book of 0.62 and turnover of 3.63%. Though single-week declines of 23.23% and 14.36% came in the past three weeks, and LizzieSat-4 and -5 will not launch on SpaceX Bandwagon-6 before April 2027, leaving near-term variables in play.

  4. Oct, 20

Sidus Space fell 5.1% Tuesday to $1.11, fading from a pre-market high of $1.188 into a one-way decline that bottomed at $1.09 intraday before a close of $1.105 and a further slip to $1.10 after hours, extending a prior week that was down 23.23%. Governance friction is the main drag: audit committee chair Tiffany Norwood resigned citing governance disputes and director Jeffrey Shuman retired, with Larry G. Swets Jr. named audit committee chair. Operations offered some offset, as the company reported more than $3 million of space and defense manufacturing awards in the third quarter. Q2 2026 revenue was $583,096, down 53.76% year over year, while the net loss of $4.78 million narrowed 15%. The stock is down 74.36% year to date and sits well below its MA20 of $1.621, 83.65% under the 52-week high of $6.79, though its $112 million market cap equals 0.59x book and remains 76.81% above the 52-week low of $0.6278.

  5. Oct, 15

Sidus Space rebounded off its session low on Oct 15 but still closed lower, trading at $1.21 pre-market, dipping to $1.140 at 09:55 ET, recovering to $1.250 by 15:43 ET and settling the regular session at $1.245. Support came from more than $3 million of space and defense manufacturing awards booked in Q3 and the appointment of Larry G. Swets Jr. as audit committee chair, offset by former audit chair Tiffany Norwood's resignation citing governance disputes and director Jeffrey Shuman's retirement, while LizzieSat-4/5 are slated to fly on SpaceX as early as April 2027, keeping revenue recognition distant. Q2 revenue fell 53.76% yoy to $583,096 with a net loss of $4.78 million, 15% narrower, and EPS of -$0.0561. The shares are down 71.36% YTD, 81.74% below the 52-week high of $6.79 and beneath the MA20 of $1.756 and MA60 of $2.019, though still 97.52% above the 52-week low of $0.6278.

$Sidus Space(SIDU.US)looking good at this stage

$Sidus Space(SIDU.US) I usually dont trade these names unless something looks really compelling. But I see a lot of chatter about it and I was tagged in some.

Since IPO, we haven't seen a single weekly candle open/close above IPO Avwap. Unless that happens, it might not breakout as expected.
