KLA sees 2nm capacity more than doubling next year. 2nm investment will continue into 2026. ASML, ASM, Lam and AMAT also noted 2nm strength. TSMC reiterated N2 tape-outs in the first 2 yrs to be 2x higher than N3 and N5 combined in the similar period.
