trying to make sense of the broader market today. i usually just add to $SPDR S&P 500(SPY.US) every month for the long term but seeing it slide down to the 542 area is making me hesitate a bit. i know the inflation numbers this week weren't great, but i thought overall company earnings were still fine? does anyone think we bounce off this 540 level or is the index heading lower toward 535? just trying to figure out if i should wait a few days before putting my usual monthly amount in.
