Context: DHLU looks inexpensive, but the Fed hike is another reminder that a high REIT yield isn’t free money. Financing costs, refinancing and asset performance still determine what ultimately reaches unitholders.
My trade: Holding the existing position and queueing selectively rather than averaging simply because the price is low.
Takeaway: A falling REIT can offer value, but averaging down should follow improving risk-reward—not just a cheaper screen price.
