Context: Still holding on to my PropNex shares for now. Singapore property market got its ups and downs lah, but I’m looking at the company’s overall performance rather than just the daily share price movements.
My trade: No rush to sell at the moment. I’ll continue monitoring the earnings, dividend and valuation before deciding my next move. If the fundamentals remain solid, I’m okay to hold.
Takeaway: Not every stock needs to trade in and out so frequently one. 😂 Sometimes just need to be patient and let the investment play out. Of course, still must keep an eye on the numbers and not blindly hold forever.
