The U.S. stock market plummeted, and brothers who mainly trade U.S. stocks probably had a tough couple of days mentally. However, U.S. stocks have always been characterized by long bulls and short bears. Stick to a long-term strategy, observe more and act less. Currently, the situation still seems controllable.
PS: Saw someone summarizing stock market mottos elsewhere—pretty good stuff. Hope everyone learns and practices them often:
Eat reasonably, sleep sufficiently, squat with weights, and enjoy intimacy in time.
Lower expectations, give up returns, enjoy the process, and accept the outcome.
Stay calm, do the right thing, cash is king, and stay away from debt.
