If your stock market investment horizon is decades, then every U.S. stock market correction is a great entry opportunity (at least it hasn't been disproven so far). The longest bear market in the past 40 years was the dot-com bubble. Dollar-cost averaging into indices over these three years must have been painful, but for those who have experienced the Hong Kong and A-share bear market cycles, this is nothing.
