$Rocket Lab(RKLB.US) The design intention of the Neutron rocket is to provide a more streamlined and specialized alternative for the medium-sized rocket launch market. Its estimated launch cost is approximately $50 to $55 million, lower than SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket (which typically costs around $67 million per launch). Although the Falcon 9 has a larger payload capacity, most commercial satellites and constellations do not actually require the full capacity of the Falcon 9. This means that for many customers, the Neutron rocket could become a more cost-effective capacity option. Once Rocket Lab demonstrates the reusability of the Neutron and achieves rapid turnaround, it will put significant pressure on #SpaceX in the price-sensitive constellation deployment market.
