Looking at chip stocks today is truly heartbreaking. SMCI dropped another -4%. I was just thinking about buying the dip last week, but the more I averaged down, the more it fell. Even ARM wasn't performing well and kept sliding quietly. SNPS is that old reliable one, but its gains are barely visible. LSCC is a wonder; with one round of explosive rally in the AI sector, it soared directly, making one really wonder if fate is destined for others to make money while you just watch. NVTS is stumbling along, with good news and negative news bombarding it in turns. The AI+semiconductor trend is still running, but unless you hold onto the strong ones all the way, it's really easy to get mentally crushed.
