
Iranian media: Iran's response to the U.S.'s 15-point proposal was officially delivered through intermediaries last night.
Tehran's conditions include a cessation of hostilities, guarantees that war will not reignite, clear reparations, and a ceasefire on all fronts and among allied forces. Tehran also insists that its control over the Strait of Hormuz is a legitimate right and a guarantee for any agreement.
Sources added that Iran does not trust U.S. intentions, calling the negotiations a "scam" aimed at swaying international opinion, lowering oil prices, and buying time for possible further military action.
