$HSBC HOLDINGS(00005.HK)

Recently, HSBC's trend seems to have stabilized compared to the sector and the broader market. Looking at the movements of the Nasdaq and HSBC during the US night session, HSBC's decline also appears limited. Perhaps the negative news from the Middle East has been mostly digested. Now, with the Q1 report to be disclosed on the 5th, it's unclear how the market will react. It's possible they might use the negative news to drive the price down. But I think it would be a fake drop, as it has already been priced in over this period. If they do use the quarterly report's negative news to smash the price, that would be the best time to position for call options.
