Moon's Dark Side, the parent company of Kimi, is also eager to list on the Hong Kong stock market.

Interestingly, founder Yang Zhilin just said at the end of last year that they were "in no hurry to go public," and the company still had 10 billion yuan in cash on hand.

But now, if Kimi doesn't go public soon, it might be a bit too late. If it doesn't raise money now, the opportunity will be gone.
