[Hong Kong, September 29, 2026]

ChinaAMC Limited (“ChinaAMC”) is pleased to announce that the ChinaAMC Franklin FTSE China A-Shares Cash Flow Focus ETF and the ChinaAMC Franklin FTSE Innovative Medicines ETF (collectively, the “Funds”) successfully listed today on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the “HKEX”). Jointly developed by ChinaAMC and Franklin Templeton and issued and managed by ChinaAMC, these new products not only broaden investors’ options for cross-market asset allocation but also further solidify Hong Kong’s position as a hub connecting Chinese and global capital markets.

This listing represents a milestone product achievement within the broad strategic cooperation framework between ChinaAMC’s parent company, China Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“ChinaAMC”), and Franklin Templeton, focusing on investment themes across China, the U.S., and global markets. Combining ChinaAMC’s mature ETF platform and product development capabilities with Franklin Templeton’s expertise and research platform in the global ETF space, the two Funds target two complementary investment themes: companies demonstrating resilience and superior cash generation capabilities amid market uncertainty, and R&D-driven innovative pharmaceutical enterprises at the forefront of healthcare.

ChinaAMC Franklin FTSE China A-Shares Cash Flow Focus ETF

This fund aims to provide investors with resilient and high-quality investment targets by tracking the Solactive G2 Cash Flow Index NTR. The index covers 20 securities listed in Hong Kong eligible for Stock Connect and 80 securities listed in the United States, with target weights of 60% and 40% for Hong Kong and U.S. markets, respectively. To be included, issuers must have generated positive operating cash flow in each of the past three fiscal years and meet screening criteria for expected positive free cash flow; financial sector companies are excluded. Using a unified cash flow screening framework across both markets, the index systematically identifies companies with core businesses capable of funding reinvestment and shareholder returns. Based on this stock-picking logic, the fund aims to create a defensive allocation tool centered on cash flow strength for investors seeking exposure to Hong Kong and U.S. equities.

ChinaAMC Franklin FTSE Innovative Medicines ETF

ChinaAMC Franklin FTSE Innovative Medicines ETF: This fund tracks the FTSE ETF Passages Innovative Medicines Index (Net Total Return Version), aiming to offer a growth-oriented investment strategy. The index includes 30 Hong Kong-listed securities eligible for Stock Connect and 70 developed market securities, with target weights of 65% and 35% for Hong Kong and developed markets, respectively. The index focuses on pharmaceutical and biotech companies with strong R&D capabilities, excludes traditional Chinese medicine firms and medical outsourcing service providers, and periodically adjusts component weights based on R&D intensity. By linking high-quality innovative pharmaceutical companies in China and globally, the fund captures cross-border drug development trends, providing investors with exposure to the forefront of global healthcare innovation and companies with long-term capital appreciation potential.

Gan Tian, CEO of ChinaAMC stated:

“In a global market environment characterized by rising cost of capital, accelerated innovation, and divergent growth, demand for diversified investment strategies continues to rise. The newly launched products adopt two complementary strategies, presenting investors with two long-value investment themes: companies with robust and sustained cash generation capabilities, and R&D-driven innovative pharmaceutical tracks. The joint development of these products fully demonstrates the deep collaboration between ChinaAMC and Franklin Templeton around global cross-border investment themes. We look forward to connecting Hong Kong with the U.S. and other developed markets through these two new investment tools, helping investors achieve diversified cross-market allocation and seize long-term structural opportunities.”

Rene Buehlmann, President of Asia Pacific at Franklin Templeton stated:

“We are very excited to partner with ChinaAMC to launch these milestone ETFs, which are among the first ETFs listed by Franklin Templeton in Asia. Leveraging ChinaAMC’s solid ETF management capabilities and Franklin Templeton’s global investment strength, we bring attractive long-term investment themes to investors. This milestone also confirms our firm commitment to deepening our presence in the regional ETF market, enriching client investment choices, and dedicated to creating global cross-market, differentiated investment opportunities for investors.”
