Hengsheng Energy: Plans to subscribe RMB 315 million for the additional registered capital of Huada Thermal Power of RMB 117 million
Hengsheng Energy announced that it intends to subscribe for RMB 315 million of the newly registered capital of Huada Thermal Power amounting to RMB 117 million. After the completion of this external investment, the company will hold 70% of the shares in Huada Thermal Power, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
