Yang Zhenglong has been appointed as the chairman of NEW MEDIA LAB

NEW MEDIA LAB announced that starting from April 1st of this year, Yang Zhenglong will be appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. At the same time, Huang Zhihui will retire from the positions of Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. The Board believes that Yang Zhenglong will have a positive significance in promoting the future development of the company, and expresses heartfelt gratitude to Huang Zhihui for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the group during his tenure, wishing him all the best in his future retirement life.
