On February 5th, the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily reported that Wuhan Lincontrol announced that the company plans to issue shares and pay cash to acquire a total of 98.4260% of the shares of Jiangsu Aoyikesi Automotive Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. held by the transaction counterparties, including Beijing Lanzhiqiong Information Technology Research and Development Center. The company's stock will resume trading on February 6, 2025
