However, in recent months, a wave of "property fee reduction" has emerged, with some cities introducing new regulations to discount property fees for vacant homes; driven by the new government-guided pricing regulations, many property service companies have actively responded to homeowners' calls for fee reductions, with some community property fees dropping by more than 50%. Some property companies have even launched a "0 property fee" model to improve collection rates or bidding success rates.
