As of the date of this announcement, the company has paid the full equity transfer amount to the transferor as stipulated in the equity transfer agreement and completed the equity transfer, articles of association amendment, key personnel changes, and related business registration procedures for Meichang Diamond. Thus, the company now holds 100% equity in Meichang Diamond, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
