Shenda announced that its subsidiary Auria Solutions Ltd. plans to invest USD 33.6863 million (approximately RMB 242 million) in 2025 for new projects, mainly involving the upgrade of production line equipment and the provision of auxiliary equipment. The investment will be allocated to North America (USD 22.0878 million) and Europe (USD 11.5985 million). This investment accounts for 2.24% of the company's total assets in 2023 and 7.59% of the net assets attributable to the parent company, aiming to solidify market share and enhance overall business levels

In 2025, Auria will make capital investments in production line equipment updates, auxiliary equipment procurement, and equipment debugging and maintenance for new projects targeting certain models from automakers such as General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Volvo, BMW, and Volkswagen. The total expected investment amount is USD 33.6863 million, with an estimated investment of USD 22.0878 million in North America and USD 11.5985 million in Europe.
The expected investment amount from Auria is approximately RMB 242 million, accounting for about 2.24% of the company's audited total assets in 2023 and 7.59% of the net assets attributable to the parent company. The funding for this investment will be self-raised by Auria.
