EXC-LED: Zhang Fengbin and Feng Renrong plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 1.2170% and 0.3327%, respectively

EXC-LED announced that shareholder, director, and senior executive Zhang Fengbin, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.8883 million shares, accounting for 1.2170% of the company's total share capital. Shareholder, director, and senior executive Feng Renrong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 516,200 shares, accounting for 0.3327% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding and block trading, from April 18, 2025, to July 17, 2025
