During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 135 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.34%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was a loss of 10.27 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 27.76 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; basic earnings per share were -0.11 yuan. The company plans to increase the capital reserve by converting 3 shares for every 10 shares held by all shareholders, with no cash dividends or bonus shares distributed
